1. The warranty isn't given from the shop

2. The warranty of the sublue scooter is following the decision & procedure from the factory or the distributor of that brand and the decision that they made is valid.

3. The warranty for sublue scooter isn't with the shipping cost round trip to the factory & custom tax cost when it's returning back to Indonesia (even if it's still under warranty).

4. To claim the warranty it’s need to wait until the new ment came from factory, and the custom tax cost when it's returning back to Indonesia must be paid by the customer.
